SmartVis Face is a distributed face-recognition system which allows a User to submit video clips and images to the central SmartVis Face Engine for recognition against managed collections of subjects held in watch lists. These images and videos can be submitted to the SmartVis Face Engine via an edge client, body worn client, web-browser or a native mobile phone client. The results of the identification can also be browsed via a web-portal or on a mobile phone client.
In this document instructions are given on how to set up a body worn system that can alert into the SVF ecosystem. It assumes that the user has EdgeVis Server installed and set up and that the Body Worn cameras are Digital Barriers BW500 and above, running Digital Barriers software.
